Chapter Two
The Gathering

“Well that was close.” Inferno put in.
“Please, don’t even mention it!” Blaze said mad.
“When will the others be here?” Inferno whined.
“Stop your whining and groaning or I’ll make it worse.” Blaze said.
“Ok, ok. I’ll stop whining.” Inferno said.
Soon enough Killer Squid, Metal Forest, Space Hawk, Insane Boulder, Smoke Screen, Lava Crush, Light Wire, Shadow Demon, and Ice Gothem showed up.
“Thank you all for coming. We are all now one evil team. Soon, Earth will be ours, and then we will attack Zathuran’s home planet. When we our in command over earth, we will use their defenses and weapons for ourselves and attack Zarcadia, (Zathuran’s Planet) And I will be King, or the Most High on Earth, and you will be my helpers, and together we will rule. You will be able to do whatever you want. They will have to submit to you. If they don’t you torcher them. We will be honored. First plan: Robot attack. The robots will destroy their places, and we will say to them we will call the robots off and then they will have to look up to us. If they refuse, we don’t call off the robots, but the robots get more powerful. Second plan: Then, we will do damage, and then we will reign. Third Plan: go to Zarcadia. Destroy everything in sight there. I want to pay Zathuran and Zorn back for everything they have done to me. Then we kill them.”
“Any questions?” Blaze asked.
“No not really.” Shadow Demon put in.
“Yes.” Everyone turns. Killer Squid had said that. “What should I do?” Killer Squid asked.
“You will watch the ocean of the country we’re taking over at the moment. Do not let anyone get bye. Tell them to go back to land. If they keep going, they’re all yours.” Blaze answered.
“Yes, that will be fun.” Killer Squid said mockingly.
“Smoke Screen, Light Wire and Space Hawk will patrol the skies, Inferno will also. Everyone else will take force on the ground. Everyone understand?” Blaze again lectured.
“All understand. Go on…” everyone put in.
“First we attack the US. Then we attack all of North America, then South America. After that we attack the Middle East. Then, we turn and attack Australia. Then we will attack Europe. Followed by the others, it doesn’t matter which.” Blaze said.
Just at that moment there was a loud crack and a body fell to the ground.
“Dark Static! Get him! He will be the first one of the heroes to be captured and killed.
“I hate when I trip like that.” Dark Static yelled.
“Kill him!” Inferno screamed.
“I’m not quite supposed to die yet.” As Dark Static said that he threw a flash bomb and everyone was blinded except Smoke Screen. Dark Static grappled to the roof with Smoke Screen close on his tail. Smoke Screen threw smoke at him, but Dark Static was already in his ship. He started to go up and fly straight, but Smoke Screen threw fire at his ship. Smoke Screen dodged all his fire. They were almost thirty miles away from when they left at the gathering of the evil forces. Smoke Screen was getting closer to Dark Static right when he got blasted by nuclear energy. Smoke Screen started to fall but he threw fire at one of Dark Static wings and Dark Static started to dive at a dangerous speed. Navy Wing was on its trail though, catching up faster every second. By that time Smoke Screen left. Navy Wing dove as fast as he could. Dark Static would hit the ground in an estimate five seconds. Three seconds before he crashed, nuclear energy was around the ship, and his ship froze and was lowered to the ground easily. Dark Static hopped out of the damaged vehicle. Navy Wing just landed on the rocky dirt.
“You okay?” Navy Wing asked.
“My head hurts.” Dark Static replied.
They turned to the damaged wing.
“Well that needs to be fixed.” Dark Static said unhappily.
“We can fix that.” Navy Wing replied.
“It’ll take a while though.” He added.
“Let’s get to work.” Dark Static said.
He went into the vehicle and came out with a couple of wrenches and some metal.
Navy Wing grabbed the metal. He used a blow torch to shape it. In no time he had it long and it looked like an exact duplicate of the wing before it was blown. Dark Static took a blaze gun and flamed off the damaged wing. Navy Wing put the new one to the bolts and began screwing one on one side and Dark Static did the other side.
“Well that’s done.” Dark Static said matter of factly.
“Let’s go.” Navy Wing added.
They took off.

Smoke Screen returned to the meeting place.
“Why did you not return with Dark Static?” Blaze inquired unmercifully.
“He had help. Someone was behind me the whole time and stroke me with nuclear energy. I flew towards the ground, I caught altitude and damaged Dark Static’s wing.” Smoke Screen replied.
“That is not good…” Inferno put in.
“Oh well. We will still continue in our mission.

As the evil side was gathering for more plans, and the good side was gathering forces; something else started his journey. This is Rocyress. His planet had lost the battle. This was the end of the Xerarian Wars. He wanted to go somewhere and find a new life. Little did he know he would be at Earth; fighting against the Evil Anti Justice League. (This is the evil side). He doesn’t live in the Milky Way though; which is a problem. He lives three Galaxies away. They are five-thousand billion light years apart. But a good thing is he can go into hyperspace and go as fast as 100 million Light-years per minute. It would take a while. He wasn’t just going to Earth, just searching for something more. Somewhere to live is all he wants. Everyone doesn’t want him on their planet. He is in the next galaxy already. He is almost through when he finds the planet with the creatures that he was in war with at the Xerarian Wars. He hated them with a big burning passion. He was talking to himself. He was wondering if he should do a quick attack; but then decided it would be suicidal. Of course he was a strong creature…the strongest of his kind. But he would be going up against their whole world.
If you think like that…it is definitely suicide. He just kept on flying. But he yawned with such force that they heard it, and started coming toward him. That made him fly even faster. He could probably kill at least one of them. But a squad of them has an average of 20 creatures. This, he could definitely not handle. But someday; he knew he would get back at them. They started to strike him with their powers. He put a force field around himself. He knew that they would not try to fly all the way to follow him and try to get him down. He could not let them ketchup. He was the only one left of his kind. They would eventually search him out; and try to kill him. He would mainly have to flee for the rest of his life. But soon, when he was older and wise, he would try a desperate attack. And he would fight to either two points: One: He would fight to his death. Or two: he would fight to their deaths. Doesn’t matter which. He would not flee than. Not that it mattered; since it would be several years. Suddenly one creature screamed at him.
“Why are you running? Are you scared? Such a weak willed creature.” One of the weird creatures he despised said.
He turned in a rage. He attacked them; but they did not think he would so they were caught surprised. He clawed one into another. He landed on a little planet like mercury; with no atmosphere. He braced himself for battle. One leaped at him; but Rocyress smashed him in the air with one glance. The one that had screamed at him, he put him into a cage so he could not fly away. Rocyress wanted to deal with him last. He bunched one little group together and crunched them together with his golden-red rage power. He instantly grew…to a mass size. He crashed into several more to the rocky ground. Five more tried to leave…but he nailed them before they could get thirty feet from him. One was way ahead of the others. He let that one go. He decided to turn his attention to the one in the cage. He was cringing away. Rocyress went into the cage and made it barely larger. He tore and bit this one to pieces. Then, he continued his journey. He was very pleased with himself. He was in the Milky Way now. He was glad that he had just reached about twenty million light-years from the creature’s planet that he wanted to get revenge on. He landed on Pluto. He searched around and saw something. A very big, big massive cave. He stayed away, because it did not look friendly. It looked anything but friendly. He picked himself up and started to fly. A while later he passed by a planet called Neptune. He decided to go check it out. He flew into the atmosphere with gas that was hurting him. He passed through and saw something quite like an ocean. It stretched as far as the eye could see. He flew across and noted where he started from. Something didn’t seem right about this sea. It had darkness and seemed to have weird, very weird and scary creatures. He made himself big to kind of not really be scared by these creatures; and to kind of scare them to keep a distance. Unfortunately, it did not happen how he wanted it to. Something large jumped out of the water right in front of him. He dodged its attack and it dove into the sea. He flew higher, to be warned. That thing was like one of the prehistoric sea monsters. Except very, very larger. He noticed that that thing was one of the smaller things. This when he noticed, another was ten times bigger than the first one. It looked like a massive Colossal Squid, which could leap a long distance. He dodged its leap; but a tentacle with spikes caught him. He was badly stunned. He tried to wiggle free, but the squid would not have it. It was diving towards the water now. He tried to bite his way out…but he was already underwater. He was being lowered to the mouth. He thought this would be the end of him; but something tried to steal him. It was a big underwater lizard; larger than the squid. The lizard bit the tentacle; freeing him. He flew out of the water followed by the lizard. But eventually the lizard fell back into the water. The squid tried, and flew much higher; but this was bad on the squid’s part because when he came back down to the water the lizard was waiting. The squid saw its mistake. The lizard gulped it down in two seconds. He flew faster and was out of Neptune. He flew by Uranus; it looked much like the one before…so he didn’t even try to go. He came to Saturn, tried to go in but felt the gas so he left. He passed Jupiter, which looked worse. The next he came to was Mars. He landed on mars.
He examined the terrain. There was a building right here. Is it invisible or destroyed? He searched over it. He found a pit, and went down. This planet seemed to have no life.
He saw doors. He tried to break it down. He found a handle, and a lock. This door looked like there might be life on Mars. But, it wasn’t exactly good news. He opened the door and heard a weird sound. It was a sort of screaming sound. He saw something coming out. He closed the door; but it was broken open. There were thousands. He flew out of the pit quickly. He put a rock over it to hold them for a while. He had to find a planet with life that they had targeted. He flew by Venus; noticed the gas…and left. The next he came to was Earth. He came to land on the ground, when there was a group of people waiting for him.
“So, is this who you were describing Mystic Fang?” Silver Wolf asked.
“Yeah. That is Rocyress.” Mystic Fang replied.
“How did you know my name?” Rocyress asked.
“I can see into the future. I knew you were coming. I know that you had a war at your planet…and are looking for a new life.” Mystic Fang said.
It was the first time they noticed the scars from the squid and the lizard.
“What happened?” Dark Static asked noticing them.
“It’s kind of a long story.” Rocyress replied.
“It is a story we’d like to hear.” Zathuran put in.
“I was flying. I passed a blue planet, and decided to look at it. It had a sea. I flew around it. Then, suddenly, before me leaped a great creature. I dodged its leap. All of these creatures look scary.” Rocyress started.
“Sort of like prehistoric animals.” Navy Wing put in after Rocyress described them.
Rocyress continued.
“I flew some more, and a large weird shaped creature leaped at me. It had a billion tentacles. The tentacles had spikes in them, that; is how I got the scars. A great big lizard like thing bit the tentacle, and I flew away. The lizard leaped, but I was past the place as far as he could leap. Then, he gobbled up the other thing.” Rocyress ended.
“That thing you encountered, the one with tentacles sounds like what we have here. No ones seen it before, but it is exactly like you describe it. It stays in the deeps of the Antarctic, so we will never see it as far as I’m concerned.” Dark Static replied.
“But I freed an alien race on accident, I didn’t know, I was just looking for a nice place to stay.” Rocyress said remembering.
“That makes a perfect thing for Blaze.” Zathuran said.
“On one planet, the first one I came on, it was like a death planet. I saw a big cave and bones everywhere. One was metal though.” Rocyress put in.
“What did the metal thing look like?” Dark Static asked in an undetermined way.
“It was like a ball.” Rocyress answered.
“That’s the one we sent out a long time ago!” Navy Wing said.
“Something attacked it on the screen. It was behind the droid so we didn’t get a look at it.” Dark Static said.
“But I’m afraid the aliens will be here soon.” Rocyress said.
“We will need to establish a perimeter.” Dark Static said.
“I will get in my ship and I, Rocyress, Navy Wing, Zathuran, Sky Glider, Silver Wolf and Spy Glass will fight in space, to try and stop them before they reach Earth. Then the rest of you will be on the ground waiting to fight.” Dark Static said.
“Let’s go!” Spy Glass said at once.
“I’m gonna knock them out of the sky!” Sky Glider said.
They flew out to space. Nine big commanding ships arrived. Zathuran and Rocyress started to attack aliens. Dark Static shot a missile at one of the engines on one of the commanding ships. Everyone saw his point and Zathuran and Rocyress worked on getting one commanding ship down by destroying the turbines. They got to work by finding them, then one destroying it and the other watching out for the other by protecting him. They got three of six turbines done already. Dark Static could take one turbine out by two missiles; so he did one ship by himself. Spyglass and Sky Glider did one, and Silver Wolf and Navy Wing did one. Zathuran and Rocyress started on another ship. Dark Static had just started on another main ship also. Spyglass and Sky Glider had five turbines down and one to go. Silver Wolf and Navy Wing were finishing off the last one. Then, three ships were down and six to go. Zathuran used fire to roast the turbines down, and flying really fast to the others. Five turbines down and four to go. Silver Wolf used sparkle power to destroy the turbines. Spyglass cages them and smashes them. Seven down two more turbines to go. Sky Glider blows up the last turbine on one ship. Eight commanding ships down and one to go. Dark Static had this one. He shot two nuclear missiles. They saw him fly away in a hurry and they followed him. The ship blew up with a great force some parts flew away. One of them was to close to Silver Wolf and hit him. He started to drift off into space…but Sky Glider caught him; and they left.
“Zathuran! We’re under attack! We can’t take them on. Robots have started attacking New York City!” Mystic Fang tapped in to their COM links.
“Well, looks like we have another problem…” Zathuran said.
They made no time in getting to New York City. Cymarine had just sliced a robot in half. One robot pointed a gun at Cymarine. Silver Wolf turned to sparkles and got in the blasts way; and he got pushed back. Cymarine turned and froze it…then Sky Glider rammed it, crushing it to pieces. Spyglass crushed several robots. A robot blasted him and he fell to the ground. He tried to get up; but the robot blasted him again. Rocyress pounced on this robot; the robot crushed under his weight… Malachi and his brothers were fighting well. Silver Wolf noted this; mainly checking them out. They were brilliant fighters…he wasn’t paying attention, and he got frozen by an ice robot. He couldn’t quite get unfrozen. The robot froze his whole body. Dark Static leaped and kicked that robot. He punched it till it broke. Navy Wing sliced some with his axe, and neutralized them with his nuclear power. Haven Boy was dealing with the last robot. He whipped it with his vine and crunched it with tons of vines.
“Oh yeah!” Haven Boy said. “I rock!”
“Oh my gosh kid!” Silver Wolf yelled. “Who was he cleared by to be on this team?”
“I guess that would be me…” Mystic Fang replied.
“Silver Wolf is right though Haven Boy. Grow up and know that this is a team thing.” Mystic Fang corrected Haven Boy.
“Ohh.” Haven boy shrugged.
“Of course they will still try to attack and take over U.S.A. first, because that is the strongest country.” Dark Static said.
“Right assumption.” Rocyress said.
“Then we will need to defend the Country that is strongest, then they move on to a different country, the next strongest, and it would go on.” Malachi spoke up.
“Wait. No. That wouldn’t work. Blaze is very smart. Anyone know what I’m getting at?” Dark Static asked.
“Yes. I get it. It was all to distract us. They will go with the assumption, but they will probably be attacking two places at once.” Zathuran replied.
Everyone was astonished.
“We will need to get one of them.” Mystic Fang replied.
“Why?” Haven Boy inquired.
“So I can read his mind.” Rocyress said.
“But which one?” Sejoel asked. (This is one of Malachi’s brothers.)
Ring!
“There’s your answer!” Zathuran said.
Metal Forest had stolen a special ray gun from the military.
“Take him down!” Dark Static yelled.
Metal Forest turned around surprised. He tried to get away, but Sejoel threw his sword and the sword sliced Metal Forest’s cape into the wall. Metal Forest took the sword and threw it back at Sejoel. Malachi leaped and grabbed Sejoel a second before the sword came slicing by. Metal Forest started to run, but Jesiah had targeted him, and shot a little in front of him. The arrow was about to hit Metal Forest, but it turned into a net and got him stuck. He struggled to get out, but he used a razor sharp boomerang to cut out of it. He turned, and Silver Wolf struck him out cold. “Okay Metal Forest. Who are they planning to attack?” Revali asked.
“Think I’d tell you, oh little teen?” Metal Forest replied.
“AH!” Revali yelled.
Revali began to hit and kick at Metal Forest. Metal Forest didn’t even get a scratch.
“Revali, stop it. He will pay for that, but that is not going to get answers.” Jesiah said.
“Oh yeah? How are you going to get the answers than?” Metal forest said.
“Huh? Huh? Hello?” Metal Forest said evilly.
“Well, Rocyress, it looks like he wants too know how we will get our answers. Would you so kindly give him a demonstration using him as the demonstration??” Jesiah asked.
“Sure.” Rocyress said.
He ran at Metal Forest, turned into his beast, and clawed Metal Forest.
Metal Forest screamed in pain.
“No! Not that way! I meant reading his mind!!!” Jesiah yelled at Rocyress.
“Ha-ha! Sorry, I just wanted to have fun really quick. Besides, he looked like he could use a beating…okay, I’ll get to work.” Rocyress said.
He walked up to the still hurting Metal Forest.
“I’m not afraid of you, you big flea dog!” Metal Forest yelled.
“Now do I have permission to beat the guts out of him?” Rocyress inquired.
“Later. Finish your work. NOW!” Mystic Fang replied back.
“Oh, fine! But” he said turning back to Metal Forest, “When we’re alone, I’m gonna have to break all your limbs!” Rocyress said in a scary voice.
He walked up to Metal Forest and touched Metal Forest head. Rocyress went into his memory. Metal Forest screamed.
“I have what we want.” Rocyress said finally.
“Yeah, I can see.” Mystic Fang said.
An alarm sounded.
An automated voice message:
“Blaze is attacking with his friends!”
“Let’s go. Bring Metal Forest.” Dark Static said.
“We can make a trade, Metal Forest for not taking the world over.” Maluel said
“That won’t work! Are you insane! They’d break their word at first second!” Silver Wolf replied.
