Warning Against False Teachers

This scripture for today is: 1 Timothy 1:3-7:
"3 As I urged you when I was going to Macedonia, remain at Ephesus so that you may charge certain persons not to teach any different doctrine." This verse really implies do not teach false doctrine. Example: Do not wed, because it will not make you powerful in spirit. Do not teach that andif someone else is, stop them, or try and get the other people to not listen to them. On: 4 Nor to devote themselves to myths and endless genealogies, which promote speculations rather than the stewardship from God that is by faith." Do not believe in myths and legends. They are useless and not real. take note that this is not either! IT IS THE TRUTH! Believe that believing in myths will pull you from God. "5 The aim of our charge is love that issues from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith." Our charge means Our plan. We are to love God with a pure or true heart, really loving him and not faking it. Knowing What is Fale Teaching when it is hurled at you, and having a "sincere faith" in God that he will protect and bring you to heaven. "6 Certain persons, by swerving from these, have wandered away into vain discussion." These people that go to church, but then loose it and say, "this feels useless." are known and classified as false members Who stray and hate the "Sound Doctrine" and like the "False Doctrine" because it sounds cool to them. And they wander into a discussion they think is profitable, but they are blind. "7 desiring to be teachers of the law, without understanding either what they are saying or the things about which they make confident assertions." They do not understand what they are doing. They did have a chance, but they are now in trouble. We have done that, in th beginning, but, we are now able to stop it because of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. I see an example. I had a friend. I deliberately brought him to the christian life. He listened, did believe, but, then new kids moved into the neighborhood. They were, he put it this way,"More cool than you are. They have Xbox360, you don't." and, this was before I got the ps2. They were anti christians, and slowly turned him back to the life before, but he didn't realize, and because of it, I lost a friend, who turned to an anti christian. I hated to watch him fall away, and desperately tried to save him. This did not really help. Basically like a rose in a grass blade. It withers away, so he withered away.

I hope this helps,

Four Conversations of Jesus

This was a very good message preached by Wayne Brooks. The first conversation of Jesus is Fear Not. Jesus' main theme is fear not. He says this a lot, especially when he arose from the grave...and when someone saw him for the first time...and all the angels said it when people encountered them. The second conversation: Touch Me. after Jesus appeared, the disciples came to Thomas, and called to him, "Jesus has been risen from the dead!" and Thomas replied,"Unless I see the marks and feel them I will believe...". Eight days later they were in a house locked tight but Jesus still came. Thomas was with them this time. The disciples scattered becuase they were pretty sure Thomas would be called for this one, but Jesus simply said, " Thomas, come and touch me on my side." this is where the Roman Centurion had come and sliced his side and was left open. Thomas came and felt it, and said, "My Lord! I see you and I believe!" and Jesus replied, "Blessed are those who believe but do not see." So, we are blessed if we believe him. Third Conversation: Go Out. He told them to go out and preach and proclaim abot him, the son of God who was raised from the dead. and then, this is really where the gospel comes in: John 3:16. I've said it before, so I am not going to say the verse. but it really makes a bridge...Doesn't it? Fourth Conversation: Follow Me. In John 21:18-22 we hear this command twice, so if you have a bible, plz look at it, because this has already been a long post and if I do scripture to this would be a never ending post. speaking of that, I like the never ending story series...the movies. I haven't read the books if there is any...which I am pretty sure there is. If you ever hear a voice in you saying,"You don't need to follow christ, You need to do what you want. You are so much higher than that, and DON'T FOLLOW ANYONE BUT YOURSELF," don't listen, it is NOT true. but follow the voice that says,"Follow me, There is a world beyond this that you can only get to by following me. This world that I will lead you to has so much more to offer than this world." Listen to this voice because it is true. The first voice is the demon trying to get you NOT to follow god. This is wrong, and do not listen. Listen to Jesus, he is the one that is the truth. There is really nothing better to give your life to. You might feel this is gambling your whole life and yourself, but really it is the opposite. The first voice is all lies and deceptions. THIS VOICE IS GAMBLING YOUR LIFE! THE OTHER IS NOT! Please consider this. We had a fun time at the easter Party the other day...:)

Healed Partly

My blister has partly healed. My gash hasn't quite got a quarter healed yet. Or, at least I don't think so. Cause it still hurts, still looks the same, and hasn't changed. Question: When will this cut heal? Answer: I do not know is the correct answer. I am just ready for it to heal. Normally, where I keep on getting hurt is at the "tree". This tree is really a nice tree. Pretty easy to climb, but that is not why we go there. It is very fun, yes. We go there for the fruit and juice of the Japenese Plums, yellow to red yummy fruit. We will take big risks to get them, but, they are fully worth it. Before, I would not want to even climb high in that tree, but now, because of Dillan shooting at me, I climbed to the very top or middle, not such an easy target. (kind of.) well any way, it is a good tree. It is actually one of the couple trees that are climbing ability.

Oh! Another Annoying Blister!

Perfect. It seems like ever since I got my gash by that annoying glass dish, I have been seeming to get bad luck. while raking to try and get in two of my friends business, I got a blister. then, after that; one of my x-friends shot me with several bb airsoft gun. It really hurt because he had a special airsoft gun that shoot's extra hard. Then, I fell of the tree. If I had fallen two inches to the left I would have come crashing down on Dillon, the x-friend, who, is, not one of my friends anymore. And, will NOT BE AGAIN~! sorry. Then, when I wake up this morning, blister from raking, (It had a thing that I should have peeled off) IT GREW BACK INTO MY SKIN!!!! It doesn't look very pretty, if, by chance you know what I mean. hey, at least I have a band-aid around it so I am not able to look at the disgusting hole that the growing in peice of skin left. VERY, VERY DISGUSTING!!!!! I do not feel like submitting a peice of scripture right this minute. I feel very confident something else will happen, like me breaking one of my toenails or something. I think I am bad luck right now.

O The Annoying Cut On My Hand

My cut has some what healed, but it's still annoying. I can't really do a lot of things because of it. And, I really have to be careful with it. here is a scripture from James continuing in my James series. James 1: 12-13: 12 Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test, he will recieve the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him. 13 Let no one say, when he is tempted, "I am being tempted by God," For God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempts no one."

My cut is pretty deep. But, I am not even tempted to say that. I am tempted, if anything; to plea for God to heal it; which I know he will. Because that is how God is. He is soveriegn, loving, and caring. It is just a matter of time.

Rich Youngs

I will start with the scripture, like I always do. James 1:9-11:
Let the lowly brother boast in his exaltation, 10 and the rich man in his humiliation, because like the flower of the grass he will pass away. 11 For the sun rises with scorching heat and withers the grass; its flower falls, and its beauty perishes. So also will the rich man fade away in the midst of all his pursuits. but, I dare say this does not apply to Mr. Young; though he is rich, he is a christian. So, if he keeps to God; he will be safe, which he is...so as his family. And, indeed; his family is a very nice one. Don't mind me, I just cut myself with a peice of glass on accident this afternoon. I don't feel like telling the story, because it is pretty much embarrassing. I am not feeling very well, and I think I should go off computer for a while.

Updated Epcot and Godliness, becuase...

Yesterday, as you know, I went to Epcot. (Well, I didn't say that last post.) One silly thing: We went on the ride finding nemo, and, I dazed off on the ride. We got off the ride, and there were tanks with Dolphins, another seperate, with Manatees. Another tank had coral stuff, with rays, fish, and other kinds of fishes. I went on Test Track twice. Test Track is REALLY FUN!!!
I will get on with todays message, by David Traugott. It was a good message: Those who are believers are saved. Hope should produce Godliness. We can not go to heaven because of our works, BUT BECAUSE OF JESUS! The hope that God will bring us to Paradise (Heaven) is a solid hope. A not solid hope is this: "I hope it will not rain this afternoon. your hope is not in you, but in your savior. We should all work and strive for him. that is all I have to say...
